Story Notes: This is technically my third fic since I wrote two gifts for 'Tis the Season back in December. But it's the first one I've worked up the courage to share publicly. I'm still kind of shocked that it's even happening as I do not consider myself a writer or creative person in general. But that's the power of Spuffy and the SAD community!
This story is set entirely in S7. I'm thinking it starts a bit after Potential, so Spike and Buffy have spent a decent amount of time rebuilding their relationship already. It's safe to assume canon events are unfolding as they did on the show (note: though we’re moving linearly through a cohesive story, the drabbles won't be tied to specific episodes or have a concrete timeline). We just likely won't see them because the focus is primarily on the little Spike and Buffy moments that lay the foundation for something real by the end of it all.
