The title of this piece comes from an unreleased Marina song called "I'm Not Hungry Anymore". 
This can be read as pre-friendship or pre-romance for Spike/Buffy. It's left ambiguous on purpose. Takes place between S4 and S5. This incorporates my headcanon that Riley was in the hospital for months after the S4 finale. Although Riley doesn't actually have a speaking part in this, there is a fair amount of discussion of him and the Buffy/Riley relationship. I like Riley, and I don't mind Briley, so if you don't care for sympathetic writings of him, be warned.
