Summary: Tangled in HelLA: A Spuffied retelling of Rapunzel. Thanks to Wolfram & Hart, Los Angeles has been plunged into the depths of a hell dimension, turning the sun coast city into a demon playground. Buffy immediately embarks on a perilous journey through demon-infested streets to save the city only to learn that Spike is alive and being held captive in a tower controlled by the malevolent demon sorceress Gothel. As Buffy navigates through blindness, thorns, and other twisted trials in Gothel's tower of terror, she discovers the rescue might not be what she expected. This story was originally written for The Spuffy Fairytales and Legends: Volume Three, Atropos.

Story Notes: This is my first time using a Fairytale for a Spuffy fiction, and I knew I had to put my all choseny twist on it. So, I took the classic story of Rapunzel and gender bent it. It's more of a loose adaptation, but there are some very strong references to the classic tale. I hope you all enjoy! And thanks, Liv, for hosting this fun event!
