And this one has a brother. Chuck Summers is just a normal guy who likes basketball, Gin Blossoms, and angsty dark-haired girls, and whose life gets turned upside down when his mom moves their family to Sunnydale and he finds out his younger sister is the Slayer.

Story Notes: Welcome to Chuck's story! I'm so excited to share him with all of you. For your own mental imaging, Chuck is played by Eric Johnson as he would have been age appropriate at the time.
This is going to span the series, so plan for a slow-burn as far as Spuffy is concerned, and some necessary Bangel and Biley for the plot— although definitely less of both, and Chuck is a Spuffy shipper for sure. Also warnings for canonical character death, although Chuck's presence WILL change some things.

Disclaimer: This is a work of fan fiction, therefore all characters/settings/music mentioned within belong to their respective creators, not me. I profit exactly zero from having written this. What little plot is original to me, I will take credit for, however. And Chuck. Chuck is 100% mine.

Thank you times a million to scratchmeout, simmony, and ClowniestLivEver for betaing.

Much dialogue reappropriated from BtVS 1x12: "Prophecy Girl", written by Joss Whedon and transcribed by AleXander Thompson.
