I think I may have cracked the rest of this story at last (I hope!), and it's all drafted now, so I'm finally starting to post it here. It probably won't be on a daily basis, but I can finally see the finish line, so I'm hoping it won't be a years long wait
This is the third and (I'm fairly sure...) final part of this series, but it actually starts before "Dust" because my muse is really awkward. Rest assured it will stretch all the way past the end of "Insubstantial".
Spuffy from the POV of the original Spuffy shipper I know not everyone loves Dawn, but I hope you'll take a chance on it anyway. I've had fun both writing Dawn understanding her sister and her bestie better and letting her grow and mature. Here's hoping I do it justice!

Major thanks to ReallyRealBuffy for some really great and thoughtful feedback that unquestionably made this chapter better in fundamental ways; I don't know that I implemented said feedback as well as would be ideal, but insofar as I implemented it, it definitely made for a much stronger chapter.
