Story Notes: Hello friends, and welcome to my baby. Prepare yourself for some heartbreak, some character introspection, and a whole lotta commentary on what it means to be good. To balance out all that pain, it also has sweet morsels of young love, sisterhood, and found family. Definitely a bit of a personal story for me, so I hope it hits its mark <3
A couple warnings:
This story deals with the emotional aftermath of Seeing Red. It is one of the inciting incidents for the conflict. That being said, it is never discussed in graphic detail, and it’s not really the focus of the story itself. Decide to forge ahead accordingly dependent on your comfort level.
The Spuffy will take a bit to really kick off due to where the story starts and Dawn’s feelings on the matter, but I promise we get there. Also, if you're wondering how its both established relationship AND slow-burn uh ... flashbacks and wish-verse shenanigans that's how.
Lastly, I’m in love with this story, have it all planned out and about half-written, and I’m excited to share it with you all. We’re looking at about 20-ish chapters
